We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at suzieqcraftycreations@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods
- Sale items
- Gift cards
EU Customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
