Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
- Canada: Standard shipping via Canada Post. Estimated delivery 5–10 business days after processing.
- United States: Standard international shipping. Estimated delivery 7–14 business days after processing.
- International: Estimated delivery 14–21 business days after processing. Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at suzieqcraftycreations@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
